FBI: Man arrested for biting Hawaiian Airlines flight attendant

A Hawaiian Airlines Boeing 767-300 plane is serviced at the Honolulu Airport.
The FBI and state sheriffs arrested a 35-year-old man who allegedly bit a flight attendant on a Hawaiian Airlines flight from Pago Pago in American Samoa to Honolulu overnight.
An FBI spokesman said the man, identified as Togia Aumoeualogo, of American Samoa, is in custody pending a court appearance at 9:30 a.m. Wednesday.
Aumoeualogo is accused of interfering with a flight crew, a federal crime with a maximum penalty of 20 years in prison.
He allegedly became belligerent on the overnight flight, bit a flight attendant and threatened the flight crew, the FBI said.
Hawaiian Airlines flight 466 left Pago Pago at about 11:30 p.m. local time.
Aumoeualogo was arrested when the plane landed in Honolulu at about 5:30 a.m.

Gotta be. A planeful of Mokes is hard to handle. Got enough troubles with apes with slow poke wide loads, illiteracy, and stupendous stupid heads. Arm the hospitality crew and give them silencers. Three taps to the heart and pau. If no got silencer then lift an arm and press muzzle into the armpit. Shoot three times in rapid succession to hit the heart. Once the heart stops bleeding stops. Just fold the arm down over the hole and tape it to the body. Wound is sealed tight until landing. Civil rights don’t exist in the air and outside national borders. Wonderful how a small hand-sized piece of steel can neutralize a savage shiite with a press of a little finger. Oh yes, in case I forget. The model should be a S&W Centennial. Perfectly compact enough to fit a woman’s hand. Buy the hammerless one and a crotch holster.

Probably got on the airplane drunk and kept drinking. Samoans and alcohol do not mix. The judge is not going to have much tolerance for him at sentencing. Plead guilty and hopefully the judge sends you home.
Alcohol can cause all races to act belligerently, not just Samoans. Why do they call you “Bully”?

Looks like another future $1-million dollar tax loss for local tax payers. If he gets sentenced here on Giligan’s Island, it’ll cost around $89,000 annually to keep him locked up. He should be fined, pay restitution to the flight crew and deported back to where he came from immediately otherwise we’ll pay almost $1-million dollars to keep him incarcerated for the next 10+ years.
Maybe that’s what he wants.
Hello…he is from ‘American Samoa’ keyword ‘American’ you don’t get deported, they’re an American Territory.
Unless he is a US Citizen or a naturalized US Citizen, he is classified as a “US National” as are all American Samoans by default. You are correct. The sweetest kids I ever taught were Samoan kids from Halawa housing. I remember the first day with them when one boy said “Hey, you da guy wen testify against my uncle at his murder trial.” (I said to myself “Oh here it comes” since I had spent 8 years with HPD before becoming a teacher.) I acknowledged that I was. He said “Oh, you was really good!” I figured that I had crossed one hurdle. everything else was really nice.

In all my years, this is the 1st time I’ve ever read of a Samoan biting a flight attendant; and I’m talking (70 yrs.).
Hawaiian Air should ban him from all of their flights. FOREVER.

I take my comment back. Some of the very nicest people I’ve met in four decades in Hawaii are Samoan. They have been so nice to me and have helped me a lot. One jerk does not define an entire people.
Was the flight attendant bitten male or female and where was he/she bitten? There might be some kind of Freudian thing going on here.
No kidding. Suprisingly few details. Was he restrained? By passengers and or crew? Or did they pacify him until landing? No meat to this story.

I’ve always wondered why more is not done to publicize that it’s a FEDERAL crime if you mess with transportation officials like flight crews and bus drivers. There should be bold signs on every bus and at every airport and bus depot explaining penalties. Hard to say what a drunk would do, but if people are aware of potentially serious federal penalties they might think twice about acting up.
