Woman charged with robbing Waikiki business
A 37-year-old woman with no local address was charged Wednesday night with robbing a woman at a Waikiki business.
Rosslyn Howard was arrested 6:57 a.m. Wednesday on Kalia Road on suspicion of second-degree robbery.
Police said Howard used physical force against a 50-year-old woman on Kalia Road while allegedly stealing from the business at about 6:39 a.m. Wednesday.
Bail was set at $15,000.
