William Char's entrant in lei contest won him the Mayor's Grand Prize. Char's wili style lei included, bachelor's button, blue jade, delphinium, hydrangea, palapalai, statice, uluhe, nemesia, and virbum tinas. The blue ribbon is held by Kaiulani Kauahi, Culture and Arts coordinator for the City & County.
