Woman flees after allegedly stabbing boyfriend in Makiki

Police are looking for a 40-year-old woman who allegedly stabbed her boyfriend with a knife in Makiki.

The assault occurred at an Anapuni Street residence at about 9:10 p.m. Wednesday. Emergency Medical Services Spokeswoman Shayne Enright said the suspect’s boyfriend, 40, suffered a stab wound to his left arm.

Police said the suspect fled after the assault. Paramedics transported the 40-year-old man, who was conscious when EMS arrived, to a trauma hospital in serious condition.

A description of the suspect is unavailable at this time.
