Hawaiian Airlines will mark the completion of its last Boeing 767 flight with a special ceremony today at the Daniel K. Inouye International Airport.

The aircraft, which were instrumental to the carrier’s international expansion and trans-Pacific growth over nearly two decades, are being replaced by Airbus A330-200s and new A321neos.

Slated to attend the ceremony, which will take place from 10:30 a.m. to noon, are Peter Ingram, Hawaiian Airlines president and CEO, pilots and flight attendants of from Hawaiian Airlines Flight 19, and the flight crew who operated Hawaiian’s inaugural Boeing 767 flight from Honolulu to San Diego on Nov. 15, 2001.

Guests deplaning from Hawaiian Airlines flight 19 from Sacramento to Honolulu will receive lei, and airline executives and employees will participate in a blessing of aircraft tail number N594.
