NO BACK PAIN: A young markhor wild goat at Izu Animal Kingdom in Higashiizu, Shizuoka Prefecture, Japan, has been entertaining zoo visitors by jumping onto a zebra’s back. The goat, named Kinako, was born last May. According to the zoo, the goat started jumping onto the back of the zebra, which was reared with her, at the end of last year. To get on the zebra’s back, the energetic markhor has to jump about 3 feet, and usually does so after she gets tired of eating grass. The zebra does not seem to mind, zoo officials said.
