The Women's Legislative Caucus (WLC) presented the baskets collected during their Easter Basket Drive to benefit clients of The Institute for Human Services (IHS) and The Salvation Army – Hawaiian & Pacific Islands, and PACT (Parents and Children Together) Emergency Shelter, who are transitioning into permanent homes.
