Protesters bound themselves together with PVC tubes, chains and duct tape across the driveway where the convoy of delivery trucks for the Na Pua Makani wind turbine exit in Kalaeloa on Sunday night. The activists connected themselves through holes in the barriers to hinder arrests and stop the scheduled delivery, which eventually left at around 3:15 am. Pictured is woman whose hand was through the tube with another person's hand, which is visible, bound to her arm. Ultimately, HPD decided to leave her bound and huddled around her as the convoy exited the driveway.
