Thirty transpacific flights arrived on Thursday, as the state of Hawaii opened its long awaited pre-travel COVID-19 testing program that allows arriving travelers to bypass the 14-day quarantine with a negative COVID-19 test result up to 72 hours prior to the arriving flight.
