Opponents sue to stop planned Kalaeloa surf park

A coalition of Kanaka Maoli and ‘Ewa residents filed a complaint in the First Circuit Environmental Court, challenging the Hawaii Community Development Authority’s approval and finding that a proposed nearly 20-acre Honokea Surf Villages and Resort will have no significant environmental impacts.
