Ex-public safety officer gets probation for falsifying records

J. Marte Martinez was sentenced to one year of probation by First Circuit Court Judge Fa'auuga L. To'oto'o for tampering with government documents and false statements/documents about her educational background on Wednesday. Martinez was the former top Department of Public Safety training officer.
