Paramedics took an 82-year-old man to the hospital in serious condition following a pedestrian accident in Kalihi Thursday morning.
The accident happened at about 6:58 a.m. near the intersection of Kalihi and Kaumualii streets, according to an Emergency Medical Services report.
The man suffered leg injuries after being hit by a vehicle, EMS reported.
