Masoli part of upset loss

Ole Miss quarterback Jeremiah Masoli (Saint Louis ’06) had five carries for 29 yards and went 7-for-10 passing for 109 yards and an interception in a stunning 49-48 loss to Jacksonville State on Saturday.

» Oregon State senior safety Suaesi Tuimaunei (Kahuku ’06) had 14 tackles and junior Brandon Hardin (Kamehameha ’07) had seven in a 30-21 loss to TCU on Saturday. Receiver Aaron Nichols (Kamehameha ’06) added two catches for 24 yards.

» Idaho running back Kama Bailey (Damien ’08) had six carries for 50 yards and two catches for 15 yards in a 45-0 win over North Dakota on Thursday.

» Notre Dame sophomore Manti Te’o (Punahou ’09) had nine tackles in a 23-12 victory over Purdue on Saturday.
