Old CompUSA site to become used car dealership

The former CompUSA site at 604 Ala Moana Blvd. will become a used car dealership, landowner Kamehameha Schools said today.

Kamehameha Schools, the state’s largest private landowner, said it has leased the 3.3-acre property to AutoMart USA for 33 months.

Kamehameha Schools said the lease is an interim use for the property while it "moves forward with development plans for the site."

Kamehameha officials said this will be the state’s first AutoMart USA. It will be owned and operated by Dan Keppel, who also operates the Acura of Honolulu dealership on Ala Moana Boulevard.
