Ohioan offers free cars if Browns blank Steelers

CLEVELAND >> Some car-buyers at a northeast Ohio car dealership will get their vehicles for free except for taxes if the Cleveland Browns keep the rival Pittsburgh Steelers scoreless in Sunday’s game.

The Plain Dealer reports a Kia dealership in Medina is offering to rebate the cost of cars bought there from Dec. 26 through New Year’s Eve if the Cleveland football team shuts out the Steelers. Las Vegas odds-makers call that possibility a longshot, but the dealer says there’s still a possibility.

Two odds-makers put the odds of the Browns keeping the Steelers scoreless at 5,000 to 1 and 1,000 to one.

The Steelers’ have a record of 11-4 heading into the matchup in Cleveland. The Browns have won four and lost 11.
