Two teens arrested for allegedly robbing boy in Kalihi
Two teenage boys were arrested Tuesday after allegedly robbing a youth in Kalihi in April.
Police said the two boys, ages 14 and 13, allegedly used force to rob another 14-year-old boy of personal items on April 25 in Kalihi.
