Boy, 9, pulled from Kalihi stream dies

Emergency Medical Services reported that a 9-year-old boy was in critical condition Wednesday afternoon after being pulled from a stream in Kalihi. Fire officials said the boy later died.
According to an EMS report, the boy was pulled from the stream by friends at about 3:30 p.m.
The boy was not breathing when first-responders arrived on the scene near 3351 Kalihi St., EMS said.
