Man allegedly allows girl, 7, to inhale marijuna smoke
A 33-year-old man has been charged allowing a 7-year-old girl to inhale marijuana in Kahuku.
Michael Primacio, of Makiki, was charged today with attempted first-degree endangering the welfare of a minor. His bail was set at $15,000.
Police said Primacio allowed the girl to ingest marijuana smoke about 4 p.m. Sunday. He was arrested about 7:45 p.m.
