Missing man found safe at Kaneohe Bay
A man who was reported missing has been found safe at Kaneohe Bay this morning.
Firefighters responded to a report of a missing person at 9:30 a.m. for a man who was last seen at the bay 11 a.m. Saturday.
The Honolulu Fire Department used Air 1 and rescue watercraft to conduct a search in the bay.
At 10:43 a.m. the man was found along the shore.
No injuries were reported.
He was transported to HFD’s command post to confirm his identity, according to the fire department.
