Electricity restored to nearly 6,000 Manoa customers, including UH

About 5,700 customers in Manoa, including the University of Hawaii, lost power for about an hour today, according to Hawaiian Electric Co.

UH-Manoa officials said power went out for both the lower and upper campus about noon.

The utility company said all power to Manoa was restored by about 1 p.m.
