Kaimuki High School graduate Ruthie Ann Miles, a Broadway star who lost her daughter in a Brooklyn crash in March, has lost her unborn daughter, her attorney said.

Miles’ 5-year-old daughter, Abigail, and Joshua Lew, 20 months old, were killed when a woman reportedly had a seizure behind the wheel of a car which rolled into a crosswalk.

The car hit Miles who was walking in a group with her daughter, along with Lauren Lew and Lew’s son. Both children were killed.

On Friday, Miles and her husband Jonathan Blumenstein lost their unborn daughter, Sophia Rosemary Wong Blumenstein, according to a statement from Miles’ attorney Ben Rubinowitz that was reported by the Wall Street Journal.

“The pain suffered by Ruthie and Jonathan is nearly impossible to fathom,” Rubinowitz said. “As you might imagine, they are overwhelmed by the sadness of the deaths of their children.”

Miles was in her 39th week of pregnancy, the Journal reported.

Dorothy Bruns, 44, has pleaded not guilty to charges in connection with the crash that include manslaughter, criminally negligent homicide and reckless driving.

Just two months before the crash, prosecutors said, a medical episode caused Bruns to drive into a parked car. She then had a seizure while hospitalized and was told by a doctor not to drive for one year — advice that was repeated during two follow-up appointments.

She was ordered held on $75,000 bond and faces 15 years in prison if convicted on the top charge.

Hawaii actress Loretta Ables Sayre, a friend of Miles’, said on Facebook that the baby girl was due this month.

“This much loss is just inconceivable,” Sayre wrote. “Let’s surround them with love while they grieve and try to get through this incredibly painful time. #prayersforruthie”
