The Rainbow Warriors (23-0) received 16 first-place votes for a second straight week. Hawaii hasn’t dropped a set this season, riding an NCAA-record 69 consecutive sets-won streak.

The top five stayed unchanged with defending NCAA champion Long Beach State (21-1) again the unanimous No. 2. Behind the 49ers are UC Santa Barbara (17-5), Pepperdine (18-6) and UCLA (17-7).

USC (15-8), which has defeated Long Beach State, Stanford and Brigham Young in the past 10 days, jumped from ninth to sixth.

Hawaii closes out its regular-season home schedule Friday and Saturday with Big West matches against UCSB. The Warriors finish the regular season at Long Beach State on April 12-13 then host the second Big West tournament April 18-20 at the Stan Sheriff Center.
