Honolulu police arrest suspect, 64, for theft after he returns to scene of alleged shoplifting
A 64-year-old man was caught on surveillance video allegedly stealing items from a local merchant on Monday in Kalihi, and was arrested Tuesday after returning to the store.
Police said the suspect went back to the area on Tuesday and officers responded.
He was arrested on suspicion of second-degree burglary.
