Man allegedly tried to strangle girlfriend
A 59-year-old man was arrested last night after allegedly abusing and strangling his 50-year-old girlfriend in their Ala Moana Boulevard apartment, police said.
The man was arrested for investigation of felony abuse of a family or household member following the 7 p.m. report of an argument.
The woman suffered minor injuries but declined medical treatment.
