Boy, 13, arrested for allegedly setting fire to mattress
Police arrested a 13-year-old boy Monday after patrol officers saw him set a mattress on fire in the pedestrian underpass in the Keeaumoku area.
The small fire scorched the wall of the underpass.
The suspect was arrested on suspicion of arson.
