Island Subaru acquired
Servco Automotive has announced its acquisition of Island Subaru on Maui from Kitagawa Motors, for undisclosed terms.
The dealership will do business under the name Servco Subaru on Maui.
The purchase brings to three the number of Subaru dealerships under the Servco name. There are two on Oahu and one now on Maui.
Servco Automotive distributes Toyota, Lexus, Scion, and Subaru vehicles and owns and operates dealerships for those brands. It also owns a Chevrolet dealership.
