Police capture Kahi Mohala escapee

Police captured an escapee from Kahi Mohala and returned him to the Hawaii State Hospital in Kaneohe this morning.
Police said officers located Fransisco Villar at about 8:15 a.m. near the Hygenic Store in Kahaluu.
The Kahi Mohala patient, who was in the facility on a court order, was reported missing at 7:59 a.m. Thursday. He was last seen in Waiphau.
CrimeStoppers issued a bulletin asking for the public’s help in locating him.
