>> The CBS TV show “Magnum P.I.” ran from 1980 until 1988, not 1998, as reported in a Page B1 story Monday.

>> U.S. Sens. Mazie Hirono and Brian Schatz last week voted against the 10-year Republican budget, against ending the state and local tax deduction, for restoring $473 billion for Medicare and for restoring $1 trillion for Medicaid. >> Hawaiian Electric Co.’s “customer grid supply” is an older program with little room for new customers. It credits Oahu participants 15 cents a kilowatt-hour for excess energy they send to the utility. An earlier and now-closed HECO program in which Oahu customers are paid the full retail rate of around 25 cents a kilowatt-hour was called net energy metering. A Page B4 story Saturday confused the two programs.
