Man arrested for allegedly choking woman in Waipahu
Police arrested a 33-year-old man who allegedly choked a 30-year-old woman at their home in Waipahu Wednesday.
Police said the man restricted the woman’s breathing at 7:30 a.m. Wednesday. He was found short time later and arrested on suspicion of abuse-strangulation of family or household member.
The case is pending investigation.
