Woman, 79, nearly drowns at Waikiki beach
Emergency Medical Services transported a 79-year-old woman to a hospital after she was found unresponsive in waters off Waikiki.
Shortly after 9:30 p.m. Wednesday, EMS responded to a report of an unresponsive woman found floating face down about 5 feet off of Queen’s Beach.
Bystanders pulled her out of the water. Paramedics treated and transported her to a hospital in critical condition.
