>> A letter to the editor from Steve Dang of Kaimuki should have read: “It sounds to me like HART is buying an $8.5 million fishing pole to go fishing where there’s no fish.” The amount, in reference to the Honolulu Authority for Rapid Transportation hiring consultants to pursue a public-private partnership, was inaccurate on Page A8 Tuesday.

>> The type of driver’s license in Hawaii that does not comply with the federal REAL ID law is called the limited purpose driver’s license. A story on Page B2 of Wednesday inaccurately described provisional licenses as being noncompliant.
