Diamond Head Road reopened after vehicle-bicycle crash
Honolulu police said Diamond Head Road has been reopened following an accident Thursday night involving a vehicle and bicycle.
A man was initially reported in critical condition but his condition improved to serious, police said.
The accident, which shut down traffic from Beach Road to the third lookout, occurred about 7:40 p.m.
Traffic was re-opened about 8:20 p.m.
