Police: Man arrested after traffic accident in stolen car
Officers arrested a 20-year-old man after he got into a traffic accident while driving a stolen car in Waimanalo, police said.
The accident happened at 1:15 a.m. Saturday near 41-959 Kalanianaole Highway.
Police arrested the 20-year-old man, who gave no local address, at the Queen’s Medical Center at 4:35 a.m. on suspicion of auto theft and driving without a license.
