Airplane has flat tire landing at Maui airport

Flights were diverted from the main runway at Maui’s Kahului Airport after an airplane landed with a flat tire.
The Maui News says no one was injured Wednesday when the Pacific Wings airplane from Kona landed at the airport with a flat tire.
Maui District Airport Manager Marvin Moniz says interisland flights were diverted to the airport’s secondary runway.
Moniz says the airplane’s tire was repaired and the main runway was reopened later Wednesday morning.
