Police arrested a 15-year-old boy and were looking for a second suspect in the alleged robbery of a 13-year-old boy in a Kapolei park.

The 13-year-old told police that the suspect threatened him with bodily harm around 7:30 a.m. Friday and took his property.

Officers found the 15-year-old, who was identified by the victim, and arrested the suspect on suspicion of second-degree robbery, police said.

You must be afraid of your own shadow. Maybe a Mandan coward! This is typical bullying that can happen anywhere. There is not that much news here, so this is news. Or the Mainland this would never make it to the newspaper. You will go back to your TeePee in December and never live in a place as nice as Kapolei, let a lone Manoa, your favorite on this Island you hate.

indeed the nation that allie belongs to has a history of being cowardly and parasitic. What allie doesn't realize is that such characteristics bring nothing but contempt upon them. Which is why back in the 18th century they were furnished with smallpox infected blankets when they came begging to the white settlers

Toop, you are so far out in left field that is strains the limits of credibility. You almost sound like you're glad that whites pulled that atrocity on other human beings, and that they actually deserved the horrible suffering that was inflicted upon them. Your parents obviously never taught you about compassion. I feel sorry for your children.

Eh, Carang, Toop's a troll. Don't fall for his false history. It was discredited "academician" Ward Churchill who made up the smallpox-infected blankets story. "No historian specializing in that event has agreed with Churchill's accusations against the Army. A University of Colorado investigation into Churchill's research found that in this instance he had misrepresented his sources and "created myths under the banner of academic scholarship." See " Brown, Thomas (2006). "Did the U.S. Army Distribute Smallpox Blankets to Indians? Fabrication and Falsification in Ward Churchill’s Genocide Rhetoric" (PDF).
