Three women allegedly involved in a purse-snatching at Ala Moana Center that turned into a robbery and kidnapping when one of the victims jumped into the getaway car were indicted by an Oahu grand jury today.

Rachel Koma, 19, of Hawaii Kai, Kayzeen Monis-Hoopai, 18, and Kishan Monis-Hoopai, 20, are charged with kidnapping and second-degree robbery.

Circuit Judge Richard Perkins confirmed bail at $50,000 for both Kayzeen and Kishan Monis-Hoopai. But he reduced the bail for Koma to $25,000 from $50,000. Police said Kayzeen Monis-Hoopai had an outstanding Family Court warrant.

Kishan Monis-Hoopai was wanted on a $15,000 warrant for failing to appear in state court April 26 for sentencing on a vehicle break-in charge to which she had pleaded guilty.
