Big Island police are asking for help in identifying a man who allegedly stole a credit card from a dorm room in Hilo on May 8. 

Police said the man’s image was captured on a surveillance photo. The credit card was taken May 8 during a burglary of a dorm room on West Lanikula Street.

Anyone who recognizes the person in the photo is asked to call officer Ryan Pagan at 961-2213 or the police nonemergency line at 935-3311. Anonymous calls may be made to CrimeStoppers at 961-8300 in Hilo or 329-8181 in Kona.
