Teenager arrested in Kapolei car theft
A 15-year-old boy was arrested in Kapolei Wednesday in connection with a car theft.
The boy was taken into custody at 8:30 p.m. after he returned a vehicle that he allegedly stole from a 39-year-old Kapolei man.
He was released pending investigation.
