A 23-year-old woman was arrested today after she stole a cell phone charger and struggled with an employee who tried to stop her in Kaneohe, police said.

The woman took the phone accessory from the Upnext Wireless store at 46-028 Kawa St. about noon, police said.

When an employee stopped her outside, the woman resisted, but was held until officers arrived, police said. The woman, who has more than 20 arrests, was on suspicion of second-degree robbery, police said.
