A woman in her 60s died at the hospital after her car crashed into a the side of a building in Ewa Beach this morning, police said.
It appeared the woman suffered a medical condition just before the incident, said Bryan Chepllic, a spokesman for the city Department of Emergency Services.
The incident apparently happened at the Townhomes at Fairways Edge complex on Kaioli Street around 9:28 a.m.
Paramedics treated the woman at the scene and then took her to a nearby hospital where she died, Cheplic said.
A female passenger, also in her 60s, was taken to the hospital in stable condition, he said.
