Man in Chinatown robbed after making ATM withdrawal

A man who had made a withdrawal from an automated bank machine last night in Chinatown was robbed of the cash shortly afterward.

Police arrested a 22-year-old Liliha man in the robbery.

The 27-year-old victim said the suspect used physical force to steal the cash from him at about 7:50 p.m. last night, police said.

The suspect was later located on Maunakea Street and arrested on suspicion of second-degree robbery.
