On a trip across country to visit colleges in July, Pacific Islands Athletic Alliance Director Doris Sullivan and her husband, Bill, visited Marshall University in Huntington, W.Va., and found this sign a block from campus. "Aloha on the River" is Huntington's annual benefit for Red Cross disaster relief, which in the past has offered a chance to win a Hawaii vacation. This year the giveaway was a trip to Cancun, Mexico. Perhaps the event should have been called Fiesta on the River.
