Kauai County will hold “Learn to Swim” classes for children 5 to 11 from Nov. 3 to Nov. 24 at the Kapaa and Waimea swimming pools.
Classes will be held Wednesdays and Thursdays. Sessions at the Kapaa pool are 2 to 3 p.m. Sessions at Waimea 2:30 to 3:30 p.m.
Enrollment is limited. Registration will be done by phone. Call 241-4462 on Oct. 26 and 27 from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
To request an auxiliary aid or program modification to participate, contact Melanie Okamoto at 241-4462 at least seven business days before the program begins.
