Burglars take $4,000 worth of items from Kau home on Big Island
Big Island police are investigating a burglary in which $4,000 worth of items was taken from a home in the Hawaiian Ocean View Estates subdivision in Kau.
Police said the burglars struck sometime between Oct.21 and 26, taking electronics, tools, handcrafted koa items and other valuables.
