Blue Dragon Film Awards recognize industry’s best
The 31st annual Blue Dragon Film Awards, held over Thanksgiving weekend, recognize the artistic and production values of popular Korean films of the year. Here are the results: best film, "Secret Reunion"; best actor, Jae-yeong Jeong for "Moss"; best actress, Jeong-hee Yoon for "Poetry" and Soo Ae for "Midnight FM"; best director: Woo-seok Kang for "Moss"; and best new actor, Seung-hyun Choi for his role in "71: Into the Fire," which was the closing-night film at this year’s Hawaii International Film Festival.

"Doctor Champ"

Tonight, 6:45 p.m.: Hui-yeong asks Do-wook why he had to come to the Village to work, and Do-wook tells her he hasn’t forgotten her. Yeon-woo overhears and is heartbroken. Ji-heon injures his knee in a practice match. Yeon-woo tells him to take six weeks off, but Ji-heon ignores the advice.
Tonight, 7:45 p.m.: Ji-heon blames Yeon-woo for telling the coach, while Sang-bong blames Yeon-woo for kicking Ji-heon out of the Village. Yeon-woo tries fruitlessly to make amends. Do-wook finds out a nasal spray was responsible for Chae Eun-seok testing positive in a doping test.

Tomorrow, 7:45 p.m.: Mee-jin tells Sae-hee that she doesn’t want to use the baby as an excuse to hold onto Sung-jae. Sun-ok tells In-soo that she was married before. Gun-hee gives Sang-kyu the restaurant. Soo-hee finally gives Woo-jin a divorce.
Tuesday, 7:45 p.m.: Jong-soon thinks it would be best for Sung-jae and Ji-yong to get back together. Ha-yong finds out that Ki-hoon met with her boss and told her that she’s married. They get into a big fight, and she walks out. In-soo tells his wife that he’s known she was married for a long time. Yong-sil finds the ripped-up marriage contract on the floor and confronts Ki-hoon about it.

Wednesday, 7:45 p.m.: Hyerim wins the election by 11 votes and becomes the assemblyman of Namsong. Oh Jaebong tells her to obey Jo Baeho, but she disagrees. Doya shows up at the election party and hands a suspect’s summons notice to Jo Baeho.
Thursday, 7:45 p.m.: Hyerim criticizes the bad politicians in a TV debate and becomes popular. Oh Jaebong tells Jo Baeho that she should be expelled, but Jo Baeho assigns her as the spokeswoman of the party. Doya meets Sejin and asks her to hand him proof of artwork that was delivered to Jo Baeho.

Friday, 7:45 p.m.: Byunggul is upset he didn’t get to go to dinner at Ara’s. Ara tells Byungjun’s family about their plan to start a family, much to Byungjun’s embarrassment. Jiae and Sooil have a tough time with their fussy baby. Grandma accuses Minjae of not paying enough attention to Taeseop’s marriage because he’s not her biological son.
Saturday, 7:45 p.m.: Byungjun gets into an accident while riding his motorcycle, sending Ara into a panicky frenzy. Ara tells him never to ride a motorcycle again, but Byungjun says no. Ara enlists Grandma’s help to keep him away from motorcycles. Minjae shows early signs of depression.
