Forwards Chris Singleton and Bernard James posted double-doubles to lead Florida State past No. 15 Baylor 68-61 in the third-place game of the Hawaiian Airlines Diamond Head Classic.
Singleton had 17 points, 10 rebounds and three blocks and James had 15 points and 10 boards for the Seminoles (11-3), who held on in the final minutes.
Guard Derwin Kitchen had a team-high 19 points on 8-for-13 shooting for FSU.
Baylor (8-3) lost for the third time in four games since a 7-0 start to the season.
Guard LaceDarius Dunn had 23 points for the Bears, but shot just 5-for-15 from the field.
FSU shot 44.4 percent compared to 33.3 for BU.
