Downtown cashier robbed at gunpoint, shot later heard
A man used a silver, semi-automatic pistol to rob a cashier at a downtown business this morning and a witness later heard a shot fired, police said.
After receiving money from the cashier, the unknown man ran away around 5:20 a.m., police said.
A witness heard the sound of a gunshot and a saw man fleeing the area, police said.
