Police arrest man who allegedly threatened to kill everyone on Kapolei bus
Police arrested a 34-year-old man this morning after he allegedly threatened to kill everyone on board a bus in Kapolei, police said.
The man allegedly demanded four transfers around 1:10 a.m. and told the driver to stop the bus immediately, police said.
He allegedly told the driver that he had a weapon and would kill the driver and everyone else who was on The Bus, police said.
The driver notified his supervisor and police located the bus and arrested the suspect on suspicion of interfering with the operator of a public transit vehicle and for second-degree robbery.
No weapon was found and no one was injured.
