Water restrictions lifted for Leeward Coast
The Board of Water Supply has lifted its urgent water conservation request for residents on the Leeward Coast living between Honokai Hale to Makaha while repairs were being done on a 24-inch water main.
The break occurred on Wednesday near 92-426 Farrington Highway. It was repaired was completed yesterday, but it took until this afternoon to complete repairs on the road and to fully restore the capacity of the water system.
