A 58-year-old North Kohala man, who was charged with methamphetamine trafficking and other offenses, was held on $69,000 bail.

Vice officers executed a search warrant and searched on Friday the Kapaau home of Kenneth Tomomitsu.

They found 94.7 grams of packaged methamphetamine, associated paraphernalia, including digital scales and associated paraphernalia, police said.

Officers also recovered $10,920 in cash for forfeiture, police said.

Tomomitsu was charged with first-degree methamphetamine trafficking, second-degree meth trafficking, second-degree promotion of a dangerous drug and two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia.
